The worst place in my whole life. Lets start with management,worst management ever, nothing is fixed even after couple of requests. Worst quality appartments there are cockroaches, mouse and bed bugs that will make your life hell. Do not rent at this place even if you don't have any options. I think so streets are much safer than these appartments.

Bayers park maintenance is so bad . In there laundry room there machines never work . This happened twice I put my clothes in dryer and they took money after an hour I checked, it was still in use and my clothes were still wet and there was no sign that machine was ỉn maintenance I’m so frustrated with this issue . Writing this because it happened again today with me

Not a good place to stay. full of mice and other insects. If we ask for help or any complaint they will do it after a couple of weeks after consecutive reminders of the same thing. Most of the washers and dryers are not working.

I live here and find it to be fine.Nice quiet building....any problems I've had regarding maintenance have been dealt with quickly.I personally love the smell of the multi cultural food.

Definitely the worst place I have ever lived in my life. The apartment is full of mice, cockroaches and other bugs. Everything in the apartment is so old - fridge, stove, bathroom. The windows are worn-out and leaky. I moved out 15 days after living there. ABSOULTELY TERRIBLE PLACE.

The managment is racist and disrespectful. Universal Group doesn't care about cleaning, maintenance or upgrating, every thing belongs to 40 years ago, they just care about increasing rent. This is unfortunate, since the location is good but they ruined it.

I would never recommend this place. These people fool you. Put adds on kijiji for 1000 dollars or less and when go to rent it, they tell you to fill up an application form and call you after one week saying that the apartment is available for 1100 plus not 1000 dollars or less. Be aware of people who work there, very rude, do not listen to you at all and they think customers are fools. Don't let them fool you.

The super at that building is rude, she hang up the phone on me before, she is a senior person and looks like that she don't welcome emigrants. She deals with us as if we don't understand anything.

Pretty bad management, no maintenance at all, i m living in this apartment for almost more than a year, location is good, only biggest problem is management, Maintenance is pretty bad, no body cares.
