We signed and put our deposit in a week and a half before the date we wanted to move in they said that we would hear back in 3 days max. 4 days go by we call them they say we haven’t heard from head office, 3 days before our move in date they say I just watched the girl send you application into head office (which means for 8 days our application and deposit were just sitting there) we will let you know tomorrow by 10am the latest the next day still no answer so they say 100% we will hear back tomorrow (our move in date) my boyfriend called them 6 times and they still hadn’t heard anything from head office 45 minutes before they close they call and say we need a co-signer. After assuring us that our application was amazing and we should let our landlord know we our leaving our rental units. Well needless to say we took our deposit back and are now moving back home. Totally unprofessional, the management team is amazing super nice wasn’t annoyed when we called 6 times but head office we will be contacting your superiors because this was totally disgusting and unprofessional again.

Bldg. Is quite always clean. Really like the backyard. They have full size gym. Glen who managed the bldg. Is very polite and approachable.

Awesome place to live in. Property Manager Mr.Glen showed us a lavishing unit number on one of the top most floor where the view from the balcony was fascinating. We were new to canada and thus, his guidance helped and motivated us a lot in leasing an appartment. Thanks for your support Main place. Looking forward to stay.

The building manager, Glenn, has truly been a lifesaver.My first impression of him couldn’t have been better. I forgot my keys and was nervous to ask for help since we’d never met officially. To my surprise, Glenn actually recognized me because we crossed paths in the lobby that morning for the first time.He’s not only friendly, but also hardworking — his efforts around the building don’t go unnoticed. Shout out to the door to underground parking! Gone are the days you would be juggling things while unlocking it with an actual key only to have it slam right behind you.Before Glenn, if you had any issues, you were kind of on your own. Don’t even get me started on all the late night fire alarms/waiting in the cold for someone to come turn it off…All in all, Glenn is awesome. 10/10!

Highly recommend!I have lived in this building for a year, and we have experienced three different building managers so far; however, the last one, Glenn, is the best. He is a true lifesaver and a hardworking manager. Last night I forgot my key, and although it was late at night and he was outside of the building, he came and opened the door for me. Besides, he always answers my inquiries regarding building maintenance on time. The building itself is a clean and peaceful one, and I haven't observed any conflict between the neighbors so far.

Building is clean as well as the surroundings. The super is doing a great job. You don't need to pay for gym membership because the building has its own. Quiet and safe place to live.

I've lived here for almost a year and Glen is the BEST ever. I've never seen anyone take such pride in a building, he works so hard to keep everything organized, clean, safe and beautiful. The rent price is amazing - we moved from Burlington as it was far too expensive there. There is a negative post here, however do not take that as truth. This person is complaining about a barking dog, it's nothing to do with the building, Hazelview or Glen. It's to do with the tenant and the person shouldn't have written a complaint against the building.

We were looking for a new place to move in to. 2000 Main Street West looked to be ideal and after speaking with Glen, it turned out to be a no-brainer. Such a wonderful guy who made us feel welcome even before we moved in. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and we will be forever grateful.

I have been going to this apartment for at least 3 years now to visit a friend of mine. And I would like to emphasize the huge changes that I have seen this year 2022!# 1 cleanliness - This place now is super clean, i dont see anymore garbage esp. At the lobby and elevators and in the hallways. Always kept sparkling clean and seems sanitized all the time.#2 steel pet station - this is actually a very big surprise for me when they put this up outside the apartment, very thoughtful of tenants that have pets. I have a dog and this is very useful everytime i visit.#3 hang-out areas - its just so amazing that the new building manager thought of putting new picnic tables at the backyard where people can hangout esp. During summertime. In addition, the patio area where you can Bbq is always clean and the grill also always clean so you will not be worry about your food.#4 building manager - I have met Glenn the new building manager maybe more than 5 times this year. He is always friendly, always giving you a smile. And my friend who lives there, always boasting how her apartment drastically changed when the guy Glenn came.I salute the new building manager Glenn for a job well done on this apartment! Im actually thinking of moving in this apartment by next year hopefully they will have a available unit for me.
