The apts are amazing inside now that they have competed renovated inside each unit. Also the hallways and main entrances got a face lift as well. I voted them a three because since the reno's have been done the rent has increased significantly which adds to the long list of overpriced housing and of no help towards single mothers who work or not hard to keep a roof over their head and live somewhat comfortably. 2 bedroom apt is 1490+
